Only limited access to the Web Site, in the form of participation in certain free tournaments and access to general information available on the Web Site, is available without registration. In order to use features of this Web Site requiring registration or to interact with this Web site as a ZBO or Customer, you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Once you are registered, you may receive communications from us via electronic mail (such as newsletters, information about site updates, offers for tournaments). You may also receive communications from other users of the site. You may opt out of these communications using the settings located within your USER SETTINGS for the site.
You will also receive communications from us as to the results of the tournaments in which you participant. You may also opt out of these communications, but, if you do so, you will not be informed of tournament results.
Fanta-Z Holdings, LLC, (“FantaZ”) is the sole owner of the information collected on FantaZ.com. FantaZ collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Application Forms
If you apply to become a Z Business Owner, we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, credit card number, your sponsor’s name, and your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN). This information is necessary to process your application and to contact you.
Social Security Numbers
We require your SSN or TIN prior to paying winnings to you exceeding $600 in a calendar year and prior to allowing you to register as a ZBO. This information is used for us to report monies paid you to taxing authorities pursuant to applicable law. When you enter your social security number on our registration form or substitute W-9, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Surveys or Contests
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in tournament on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you, including your IP address and login. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
We may maintain records of the play in and results of each particular tournament. We are not obligated to maintain such records for any particular period of time.
We use this information to determine and notify winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic, for audit purposes, for statistical purposes, for resolving disputes between players, for determining calculations of PTV, commissions, bonuses, and pool qualification, and for marketing new and existing tournaments to previous players.
FantaZ may use a third party service provider to conduct certain contests; any such company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose except provision of services through our Web Site.
Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email, tracking the success of the referral, and assigning the sponsor to the referred friend.
Uses of Information
We use the information that we collect from you to determine winners of each tournament, to detect and prevent cheating and fraudulent activity, to troubleshoot errors, to determine user tournament expertise, to calculate commissions, bonuses, and pool qualification, to respond to customer service inquiries, and to display high scores.
Information on your PTV and ZBO Level will be available to your upline. Your upline WILL NOT have information on your Z-Wallet balance, winnings, bank information, credit card information or SSN/TIN.
We use aggregate (non-personally indentifying) information to determine popularity of tournaments, to determine which geographic areas for expansion, and for marketing purposes.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information and newsletters on products, services, tournaments, special deals, promotions, and the Z-business opportunity.
Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications. Please see the “Choice and Opt-out.” Newsletters If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password and can send you a password reset email at your request. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will generally communicate with you by email, but may occasionally communicate via telephone at our option.
Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and your submissions to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you. We also use this profile to display your unique profile page and game page.
We share certain aspects of your profile, such as your name, your PTV accumulation and your city and state, with your upline in their virtual office. The format in which information is provided is the same for all ZBOs.

In order to provide certain services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submitted to us with information from third party sources.
ID/Address Verification
We may use a third party service to verify your identity or address, in order to verify that you reside in a jurisdiction in which our games of skill are legal to play and to verify that you are at least 18 years old.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. This information includes the aggregate participation in particular tournaments, the statistical breakdown of the players, and statistical breakdown of users.
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.
